Every effort is made to ship all orders complete and we may hold an order if we're expecting a shipment for any product on your order that may be out of stock. 5. We will ship the size that's ordered and will not be responsible for typing errors. Store Policy for Domestic (U.S.) AccountsDamagesIn order to prevent and or minimize shipping damaged goods we check our merchandise at two points a) When we receive orders from our vendors b) Before we ship the product to our customers If you still receive damaged goods they must be reported within 3 days of delivery to CustomerService@psychosisgear.com. An RA# will be emailed to you that must be written on the returned package. All damages must be returned to us at your expense within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent within four business days after we receive your damaged product. Wrong SizePlease check your order confirmation for any errors as we are not responsible for typing errors. Actual size may vary RefundsYou may request a full merchandise refund (shipping cost will not be refunded) for any reason within 3 days of receiving your goods at CustomerService@psychosisgear.com. An RA# will be emailed to you that must be written on the returned package. You must then return the goods to us at your own expense within 7 business days of receiving your RA#. All items must be in a new condition with all labels and tags on them. Refunds will not be issued for used or worn products. Your credit card will be refunded after the goods are received. We recommend using a carrier that can track your order as we will not issue refunds for lost goods. If your package is determined to be undeliverable by the USPS, UPS, FedEx or is refused we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee against the merchandise cost along with the actual shipping cost. | |
