Q) What is Pay Pal?

A) Offering our customers a secure online transaction is a priority. PayPal, is the trusted leader in online payments, it enables buyers to send money online securely. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with Psychosis.


Q) Why do I get redirected to PayPal when I'm ready to pay for my order?

A) For security reasons Psychosis does not see or store your credit card information at anytime. You are redirected to PayPal to securely complete your transaction using industry leading security and fraud prevention systems. Once you pay for your order you will be redirected back to PsychosisGear.com.


Q) What payment options do you offer?

A) We accept all major credit cards, bank cards, and debit cards. To pay using a credit card or bank card just click on the word continue located next to the credit card logos.


Q)When does Psychosis ship my order?

A) All orders received by 5:00 PM (US: Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the following business day at no additional charge, depending on in-stock availability. Most of our competitors charge a premium for this service or don't offer it at all. Orders with out-of-stock items will not be offered the next day service; however standard turn around time is only 3 business days.


Q) How long does it take to get my order after Psychosis ships it?

A) All domestic orders will receive free shipping and will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Delivery time for free shipping varies from 4-9 business days depending on location. All orders are eligible for USPS Priority Mail for just $5.50. Delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 business days and includes Saturday deliveries.International orders take 6-10 days for major destinations adn may take longer depending on location.


Q) I can't enter my state, province, or region. Why? ***(International Customers)***

A) The drop down list that appears under the heading "State" is a default list for U.S. customers only. In order for you to enter your own state, province, or region you must first change the Country which is just below. You can then enter your own information under the State heading.


Q) Do you back order out of stock products?

A) Currently Psychosis does not back order. We try to keep our inventory current and updated, yet from time to time we will sell out of products before we can update our website. In this case we may hold your order if we're re-stocking that item(s) within 3 business days.


If we sell out of an item(s) that's not re-stockable we will contact you via e-mail to offer you an option to substitude your item. If you rather not substitute we will issue a refund for that product(s) as soon as your order ships. You will receive refund confirmation e-mail from Pay Pal that shows the dollar amount that was refunded.


Q) This is a gift, can I have my order shipped to another location?

A) Yes. During the check out process you have an option to edit your shipping address. Just enter the address that you want us to ship to and we'll take care of the rest.


Q) Why do you need my e-mail address?

A) We need your e-mail address in order to send you order confirmations, tracking numbers, refunds, updates, and for communication purposes. We don't sell or share your information with anyone.


Q) I didn't receive an order confirmation or a tracking number. Why?

A) Order confirmations and tracking numbers are generated automatically and are e-mailed the e-mail address that you provided to us. There may be 2 likely causes that you're not receiving our e-mails. The first, your e-mail software is treating our e-mails as spam. If this is the case then you can find your order confirmation and tracking number in your junk file. To fix this issue find and highlight the e-mail. Right click and select "this is not junk mail". The other likely cause is that you provided us with an invalid e-mail.


Q) How can I track my order?

A) There are two ways to track your order. The first is to use the link that's on your shipping confirmation e-mail. The second is by going to www.USPS.com and entering your tracking number. Note: International orders can't be tracked outside of the United States.


Q) I lost my password....can you e-mail it to me?

A) Yes. Click here. Please note that both your User ID and Password are case sensitive.
