Most orders get processed within 3 business days depending on in-stock availability. Although we stock everything we sell, we may sell out of some items requiring additional time to re-stock. Orders with out-of-stock items may take up to 5 business days to be processed. If an item(s) becomes discontinued or unavailable we will give the option to substituted with another size or design or give you the option to receive a refund or store credit.

Standard Shipping takes 2-9 business days depending on location

Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days and includes Saturday delivery

International orders take 6-10 days for major destinations while deliveries to other destinations may take longer

Currently we don't back order. Although our inventory updates automatically from time to time we will sell out of products before our website updates. In this case we may hold your order if we're re-stocking that item(s) within 5 business days.

If we sell out of an item(s) that's not re-stockable we will contact you via e-mail to offer you an option to substitude your item. If you rather not substitute you will be given the option to choose between a refund or store credit for that product(s) which will be applied as soon as your ships. A refund or store credit confirmation will be e-mailed that shows the dollar amount that was refunded or credited.

The drop down list that appears under the heading "State" is a default list for U.S. customers only. In order for you to enter your own state, province, or region you must first change the Country which is just below. You can then enter your own information under the State heading.

Yes. During the check out process you have an option to edit your shipping address. Just enter the address that you want us to ship to and we'll take care of the rest.

Order confirmations and tracking numbers are generated automatically and sent to the e-mail address that you provided. There may be two likely causes that you're not receiving our e-mails. The first, your anti-virus software is treating our e-mails as spam. If this is the case then you can find your order confirmation and/or tracking number in your junk file. The other likely cause is that you provided us with an invalid e-mail. In either case you can obtain order confirmations, tracking numbers, and edit account information by signing in.
